Shaykh Rabee’ bin Haadee Al Madkhalee – hafidhahullaah- said:

“And speaking about this will take many days and nights if we wanted. However, I advise you all – O brothers – what I wrote about Sayyid Qutb and other than him, if you find me making a mistake or being oppressive in something, then I am willing, by Allaah, I will accept advice from a high school or even middle school student. By Allaah, there came to me an observation via a phone call -perhaps people may have seen it-: Look to the page of so-and-so, look at this and that, is this speech correct? I looked at said: No, it’s wrong, may Allaah reward you. If you find something from this then inform me my son! We seek the Truth and we want the Truth! By Allaah, my children, we do not fight against anyone. We do not want politics and we do not want leadership, and we do not want positions. By Allaah, if we were offered positions we would not accept it. We safeguard this religion. We safeguard this authentic methodology (manhaj) that originates from the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah of the Messenger of Allaah – salallaahu alaihi wa salam-, and we fight deviations and innovations, and the political deviations and political nonsense that has wasted the youth of this Ummah and distanced them from foundations of Walaa’ and Baraa’ to Allaah and his Awliyaa and righteous worshipers towards the loyalty for the people of deviations and innovations, including the Shii’tes”
