Is it permissible to seek knowledge from the people of innovation and to read their books due to the fact that there is no one from Ahlus Sunnah in my country?

Answer:

Alhamdulillaah, Ahlus sunnah is present and their books are present. However, it requires you to strive to seek them out and you should not depend on the people of innovation and their books, don’t depend on them because they are like the poisoned meal that will kill.
